Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
